Abastumani (freight. აბასთუმანი) — the settlement of city type, the mountain resort in Adigensky municipality of Georgia.

In Abastumani the clean mountain air, moderate dryness, isn't present strong winds. On hillsides — the woods (a pine, a fir-tree, a fir). Summer moderately warm, winter soft, solar.

Resort

Sights

In Abastumani's top part there is a palace park and the wooden house of the successor of Crown Prince Georgy Aleksandrovich who lived here some years and died on June 28, 1899. On a place of his death the chapel from Carrara marble was built.
